Help & Heal Mental Health Fund Grant

So you’d like to apply for one of the Help & Heal Mental Health Fund micro-grants?

Please first familiarize yourself with — read and understand — the Grant Guidelines. Then, when you’re ready, download and print out (or fill-in) the grant application form:

Important Notes

Please note that additional documentation may be requested. The more documentation you provide up-front, the more likely you will receive a positive determination. Grant determinations generally take up to 30 days to review and process. No monies are guaranteed to be awarded upon a completed application and all determinations are final.

Your grant, if approved, is funded through donations via a “community fund drive” in the Help & Heal Mental Health Fund, as well as existing funding from the organization.

Only one grant of any type will be awarded by our organization per household per every three (3) years. Please do not apply again if you’ve already been awarded a grant in the past three (3) years, as your application will be rejected.
